How to open a case for Cisco exam-related issues

"When taking Cisco exams, there can be times when you need various questions answered or support.

Thinking back on my past experiences, I remember passing the R&S written exam in the past.

But as time went by, I noticed that Cisco certifications were revamped, and I got really confused about whether I needed to take something new or if the old one could still substitute for it.

So, I asked clearly and got an answer.

I had to take it again.

Depending on the person, there could be different cases every time, and I think it’d be good to ask about these things in advance to get accurate answers so you don’t panic in various situations.

I’ve opened a case a few times before, but I keep forgetting how to do it, so I end up looking it up every time.

That’s why I want to write it down.

Someday, I’ll probably look at this post again and open a case.

The main issue for opening a case today is this:

While talking with an engineer from LA who has nearly 20 years of experience and studied with me since the DC days, he mentioned something interesting. He said that only Cisco Live attendees can take the CCIE exam at the location where Cisco Live is held.

Participating in Cisco Live is really expensive…

The normal one is $2,795 (it includes a bag, souvenirs, and a free exam).

The best one is $3,195 (it also includes a bag, souvenirs, and a free exam)."

Of course, I could attend, but the even bigger problem is that I’m mute when it comes to English… haha… I’d love to participate and enjoy it someday in the future.

Maybe about 10 years from now…

I think by then I might be speaking English comfortably and well.

I didn't get the order I ordered so much that I thought I was scammed and opened the case, but they say there's no order...
Anyway, I remember coming by the time I forgot....
I've never worn this leather jacket outside before... lol
I don't know when I'll be wearing this jacket... I've worn the hoodie t-shirt a few times
